Video Art Explorer is a research-driven platform examining the evolution of moving-image practice from early video art to today’s rapidly expanding digital ecosystems. Since 2011, we have documented how artists use disruptive technologies to challenge perception. Our focus connects historical time-based media to contemporary creators working with algorithmic cinema, spatial computing, immersive installations, XR environments, Web3 infrastructures,and digital asset cultures.
